OPERATIONS AND FACILITY POSITION

information thoroughly.  No prior knowledge of the gymnastics oriented business is necessary, that will be part of our training process.  If this position looks like a great opportunity for you then please go through the application process.

  Performance Expectations
1.  Understand and apply our Mission Statement.  Go to the home page.
     The button, Our Mission  is the Mission Statement, please read it.
2.  You must be a top notch customer service oriented person. 
3.  You must be a highly organized, efficient, and a self starter.
4.  Know company policy as set forth by our Staff Manual.
5.  You must be able to coordinate and delegate tasks with fellow staff members.
6.  You will need to gain knowledge of our gymnastics classes.  This will be  very important in
     our registration process.   
7.  Data entry skills.
8.  General bookkeeping skills.
9.  Be able to carry out general cleaning details.

General Considerations
1.  You must be punctual.
2.  You must be neat.
2.  You must be trustworthy.
3.  Because our business is working with children we
     must do a  background check on you.
4.  You must work well with others.
Specific Considerations
**If you are looking for a daytime position or from September - June
you can�t work Saturdays, please DO NOT apply. 

1.  Number of hours.  20-40 per week.
2.  Our hours of operation.  Please see the schedule below.
(We try to give at least one Saturday off per month, this is not always possible.)
3.  Training pay.  $8.00
4.  Training time.  This depends on the competency of the individual.  It�s between 4-6 weeks.
5.  Dress is casual attire.
6.  Pay is between $9.00 - $12.00 per hour depending on: working well with others in our  organization, organizational ability, responsibility level, and customer service skills.
7.  We do not pay benefits at this time.  We do have an insurance program you can join
     if you are full time.
8.  We do not have paid vacation for this position.
9.  There is growth potential in this position.

Hours
September - June
Monday - Thursday
1.  The day hours vary between 9:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.
2.  3:30p.m. - 7:30p.m.

Friday
12:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.

Saturday
9:30a.m. - 2:30p.m.

July - August
Monday - Thursday
7-9 hour days.  Generally out by 7:30p.m.

Friday
4-5 hour day.  Generally out by 4:00p.m.
